Listings, contracts, and compliance files all count. A signed listing, an executed purchase agreement, or a compliance-only file equals one file. If you exceed 6 in a month, we’ll keep everything moving — your plan just shifts into overage.

Yes. System to Scale™ isn’t priced per deal — it’s designed to keep your backend running between deals, too. That includes compliance catch-up, CRM clean-up, listing prep, client follow-up, and admin maintenance. The support doesn’t stop when closings do.

There’s no long-term commitment. Plans are billed monthly (or quarterly, if you prepay at a discount) and reviewed every 90 days. If your volume shifts, we adjust accordingly.
