I'm Shannon Palmore, founder of The Leverage Suite and a real estate transaction coordinator with seven years of experience supporting solo agents and teams across Georgia and South Carolina.
My career began in 2019 as a full-time administrative assistant and transaction coordinator for a top-producing agent in Georgia, supporting the business as it grew from a solo agent to a team of four.
Fulfilling both roles at once is what showed me what transaction coordination alone can't cover. Coordination is assigned to the deal, so it begins when a contract does. Brokerage agreements. Disclosures. File organization. None of it waits for a contract, but it decides how the next one starts. Choose the client in front of you and it piles up.
