I'm Shannon Palmore — founder of The Leverage Suite.
I started my real estate career in 2019 as a full-time administrative assistant and transaction coordinator for a top-producing agent in Georgia. I helped scale a solo practice into a four-agent team — coordinating listings, managing transactions, and keeping files clean and fully compliant as the business grew.
Since then, I've supported solo agents and top-producing agents across Georgia and South Carolina — delivering steady, high-level transaction and listing support.
